Guaranteed equivalence of medical and general benefits for same-sex and opposite-sex spouses and national partners, such as health, dental and vision insurance and coverage for dependents (available to domestic partners from August 1, 2021) and relocation / travel assistance, FMLA-type benefits and employee discounts (available later this year).
Includes an insurance plan that explicitly states equal health coverage for transgender people with no ceilings or exclusions for medically necessary care, including transitional treatments such as genital surgeries, hormone therapy and mental health counseling.
Aadopted guidelines on gender transition with a supportive washroom, dress code, and documentation advice for the workplace.
