PodX Group, a company committed to investing in the intellectual property rights of international podcasts, today announced its investment in Nouvelles Listening, the first podcast studio in France. At the same time, Nouvelles Listening announced the acquisition of Studio Minuit, the second podcasting group in France in terms of monthly listening.
For PodX Group, this is an important step in achieving their mission: to find the world’s leading podcast creators wherever they are and help them grow through funding as well as support for the business development, internationalization and marketing.
Nouvelles Listening has produced more than 1,000 hours of content, bringing together several million listeners. Its turnover has doubled in two years, thanks to more than 120 advertisers. With this investment and the acquisition of Studio Minuit, Nouvelles Listening strongly consolidates its position as the French leader in the production of original podcasts and continues to achieve its objective of developing the most diversified and innovative podcast offer on the market.
Following PodX’s investment in Nouvelles Listenings and the subsequent acquisition of Studio Minuit, New Listenings will be able to:
- Invest in original French content. A dozen new innovative and ambitious projects are already in development.
- Develop its internal advertising agency, Native*, to make it the undisputed leader in France.
- Significantly broaden its audience and its international influence.
