In the newly created role, Jacklin will oversee partnerships for the Underscore platform and drive new creator initiatives for its talent roster. Launched in 2021, Underscore Talent represents over 200 industry-leading content creators. During her tenure at Studio71, Jacklin launched the company’s first podcast partnership deals in 2018, launching more than a dozen audio companies for Kalyn Nicholson, Nikki Limo and Brittany Furlan. “Nick’s strategic acumen and negotiation skills align with our vision for the business and our customers,” Underscore co-founder Reza Izad said in the announcement.

He joins the podcaster from Notre Dame University where he has spent the past five years working in their media office. Donaldson spent five years working as a producer and podcaster at the sports-focused Bleacher Report. The New York-based Wonder Media network says its mission is to promote equality and justice, and bring empathy into politics, business and culture.

In addition to her podcast, Goodman is the former head of content strategy at Buzzfeed. She also hosts the television series “Halo the Series: Declassified” on Paramount+.
…Dear media reportedly signed deals with ‘Laguna Beach’ cast Kristin Cavallari and Stephane Colletti to host a new podcast rewatch of the MTV series that aired from 2004 to 2006. The Back to the Beach With Kristin and Stephen will debut this summer according to Variety, which says 40 episodes and two seasons are initially planned. Like other rewatch podcasts, Cavallari and Colletti will share behind-the-scenes stories from the show, while welcoming fellow cast members and celebrity guests. Dear Media also reportedly planned to have “limited drops” of exclusive show merchandise to monetize the series.
