So far, it’s shaping up to be a good week for weather for the Sunday slate. Carolina even pulled off a feat I’ve never seen in the four years of writing the weather article – sustained zero mph winds forecast. The only problem is the weather in Kansas City.
As it stands, the weather in Kansas City looks good, but there is a two-hour period with sustained winds above 20mph and rain in the hours leading up to the game. This should go through the kickoff, but we may need to adjust if the timing moves to the right by a few hours.
Happy holidays and if you are reading this because your teams are still alive in the playoffs, congratulations! Otherwise, good luck with your DFS queues.
Updates:
CHI @ SEA-It snowed a lot in Seattle earlier today, but the crews were clearing the snow away and we’ll likely only see light snow at the start of the game. The terrain can be a bit slippery from the snow earlier, but the weather / terrain shouldn’t be bad enough to affect things fancy. You might still want to sit the kickers in this game as it will be windy as well.
Watch ‘SUNDAY LIVE’ at noon ET – Mike Wright will answer start / sit questions and cover injury updates.
