He explained to the Daily Star: “I think as I say, they are all great in their own way. I can only speak from my own experience working on No Time for Tears and they were all amazing in their own way, and they all helped make the record as good as it was.

“It’s good for me to have the last four song with the band and it’s something I’m pretty proud of and I’m so happy with how it turned out.

“Like I said, the initial connection to the band was through Jade, but all of them are amazing.”

Nathan then shut down rumors that the Londoner was ‘difficult’ in the studio after confessing she wasn’t the easiest person to work with in her BBC One documentary Odd One Out.

He said: “Not really, I didn’t have too much contact with them as it was Covid so we were all recording quite remotely.

“So we would go into the studio with my production team and then we would also get the remote vocals from each of the girls, so I personally didn’t have any difficulty with Jesy.”
