Diamond Dallas Page and Jake “The Snake” Roberts announced this week that they will be launching a new podcast, DDP Serpent Pit, with Conrod Thompson on the Podcast Heat Network on Jan.4. The show’s press release read, “DDP and Roberts are two of the most recognizable personalities to ever set foot in a wrestling ring. They sold sold-out arenas, made headlines in pay-per-views, and were part of memorable moments in the history of the sport. Their influence on the professional wrestling industry is undeniable. But outside the ring, the trips of DDP and Roberts had an even greater impact.
“After the wear and tear of a grueling wrestling program forced DDP to withdraw from the sport, he continued to develop DDP Yoga (DDPY) and focused his life’s mission on health, wellness. and motivation, “he continued. “One of the people who benefited the most from the PDD program was Roberts, who struggled for years with drug addiction and self-harming behaviors. The release also noted that while the couple intend to share stories from their respective careers, the show will put more emphasis on motivation, self-improvement and challenges.
