Arnold Schwarzenegger remains an influential voice in the sport of bodybuilding after a career that marked him as the best to date. However, it might not be something her fans will want to follow. Or maybe they will?

Schwarzenegger sat down for a Zoom interview with Insider and was able to discuss many topics around bodybuilding and his protein recipe. It turned out that Schwarzenegger now likes to mix his protein with different alcohols.

“I add a little schnapps or tequila. Tequila is also good,” Schwarzenegger said.

In a previous interview with Men’s Health, Schwarzenegger shared a recipe he likes to use for these shakes. It consists of almond milk, cherry juice, a banana and a whole egg to accompany the protein powder.

“I sometimes put schnapps. I sometimes add tequila. It just gives it a little more flavor,” Schwarzenegger said.
